An Armed Robbery occurred on Tuesday at the Quick Stop.

Diehl, Erie, Pennsylvania

Erie Police is investigating an armed robbery that occurred on Tuesday at the Quick Stop in the 2100 block of Buffalo Road in the Diehl neighborhood of East Erie. The robbery occurred around 10:30 PM on March 11th. Police say two people made entry into the store, one of them armed with what appeared to be a .22 caliber rifle. The cashier armed herself with a knife, and a struggle ensued resulting in that cashier getting minor cuts on her hands. The suspects escaped with an undetermined amount of money. Erie Police is continuing to investigate.
