Erie Police Responding to a Shots Fired Scene
West 6th Street & Raspberry Street
Bayfront
Erie, Pennsylvania

One man is in custody after shooting another man twice Monday morning in the 1000 block of West 6th Street near Raspberry Street in the Bayfront neighborhood of Erie. Erie Police said the alleged shooter, a 24 year old man, is currently in custody and being questioned. Police also said the victim is a 37 year old man whose injuries were to the hip and abdomen after being shot twice during the incident. Erie Police are still investigating on what the cause was for the shooting.

 No Confirmation of Body Found in Lawrence Park is of Missing Lawrence Park Woman Article Added: November 15, 2023 at 2:04 PM Lawrence Park Police and Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a tragic sight Wednesday morning in Lawrence Park. Lawrence Park Fire Department was called to the Lawrence Park Golf Club at 3700 East Lake Road in Lawrence Park where a body of a woman was found at the mouth of Fourmile Creek. Lawrence Park Police and Pennsylvania State Police have blocked off Fourmile Creek Road, East Lake Road to Lawrence Parkway, Iroquois Avenue and Nobel Avenue while the investigation is ongoing. Erie County Coroner, Lyell Cook has not released the name of the victim but has stated that there is no fowl play involved.
