 Only Two Rite Aid Locations Remain Open in the City of Erie

After the closure of three Rite Aid locations in Erie, only two remains opened in the City of Erie. Erie County has a total of  nine Rite Aid locations and there could be more on the way out in the future. “I am nervous that our store could be next, there’s a good chance this one could make it on the next store closing list and if so, then I would have to be transferred to the Rite Aid on 26th Street or in Millcreek.” says a manager at the Rite Aid store in Downtown Erie. Erie’s two Rite Aid locations are located at 163 West 26th Street in South Erie Hillside and 916 State Street in Downtown Erie. Rite Aid lost three Erie stores in 2023 which were 353 East 6th Street in Saint Mary, 1709 Liberty Street in Little Italy and 2715 Parade Street in Marvintown. Here is a list of Rite Aid locations in Erie County that are still currently open as of right now.

 No Confirmation of Body Found in Lawrence Park is of Missing Lawrence Park Woman Article Added: November 15, 2023 at 2:04 PM Lawrence Park Police and Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a tragic sight Wednesday morning in Lawrence Park. Lawrence Park Fire Department was called to the Lawrence Park Golf Club at 3700 East Lake Road in Lawrence Park where a body of a woman was found at the mouth of Fourmile Creek. Lawrence Park Police and Pennsylvania State Police have blocked off Fourmile Creek Road, East Lake Road to Lawrence Parkway, Iroquois Avenue and Nobel Avenue while the investigation is ongoing. Erie County Coroner, Lyell Cook has not released the name of the victim but has stated that there is no fowl play involved.
