 East Erie Rapper Charged with Murder After Admitting to Shooting of Elderly Man in East Erie Article Written: November 23, 2022 at 6:20 AM 20 year old Demarjon Beason of East Erie was charged with murder after shooting of an elderly man in  Central Eastside. An East Erie rapper was charged by Erie Police for the violent shooting of an elderly man in the 900 block of East 21st Street in the Central Eastside neighborhood of East Erie. 85 year old, Douglas Richardson was killed around 8:20 PM, Tuesday evening after he was robbed by Demarjon of his groceries, Demarjon then pulled out a gun while Douglas allegedly began begging to Demarjon to not shoot. Douglas was shot 10 times as evidence by the gunshot wounds in Richardon's body. There were three extra shell casings found in a grass field on the corner of East 21st Street and Perry Street. Two New Starbucks Locations Coming to Erie, One Relocating Artcile Written: November 22, 2022 at 1:10 PM The Starbucks Location outside the Millcreek Mall. 350 Millcreek Plaza Millcreek Township, PA Two new Starbucks locations will be coming soon to the Erie area, only one will be relocating somewhere else. The construction for the new Starbucks at 4625 Buffalo Road in Harborcreek is almost complete. The building will hold spaces for two tenants, one space will be Starbucks and the other space is still being leased out. There is also a Dunkin' Donuts down the road at 4005 Buffalo Road which is also almost finished with construction, that building will also hold two tenants in one building. The other Starbucks will be located at 4992 Wegmans Drive in Millcreek Township.
