 High Speed Chase Ends in Crash in Southeast Erie

Erie Police were led on a high speed chase last night in East Erie. The chase started in the 3400 block of Pine Avenue in the South East Hills neighborhood of East Erie when Erie Police attempted to pull over a silver Chevrolet Trax. The Trax then took off northbound on Pine Avenue onto Ash Street in Marvintown onto Florida Street and East 30th Street. The car then got into the Southeast Erie neighborhood and went south onto East Avenue where they crashed into a pole on the corner of East 38th Street and East Avenue in the Southeast Erie neighborhood of East Erie. Erie Police then quickly arrested 20 year old, Zaquon Keyes of East Erie who reportedly stolen the car on Monday from the 700 block of East 22nd Street in Central Eastside.
