 Multiple Houses Struck by Gunfire Throughout the City of Erie

Erie Police are now searching for the suspects who shot at multiple houses and cars throughout the City of Erie. Around 10:30 pm Sunday night, Erie Police were called to the 700 block of Poplar Street in the Garden Court neighborhood of Erie, just outside of West Bayfront for multiple shots fired at houses and cars. Police found a dozen shell casings of different gun calibers. Neighbors in the Garden Court neighborhood were frightened by the shooting as a few of the neighbors were sitting on their front patios worried that they were gonna die. Later that evening around 12:45 am, Erie Police responded to another Shots Fired call in the 1000 block of East 5th Street near East Avenue in the Bay Lights neighborhood of East Erie. Police recovered more than 20 shell casings in that area as well as multiple houses and cars that were shot. Then another incident occured in the 300 block of West 20th Street in the Little Italy neighborhood of Erie where dozens of shell casings were found with cars and houses shot up. Erie Police believe all the three incidents were connected and are looking into camera footage in the areas as well as speaking with eyewitnesses.

 No Confirmation of Body Found in Lawrence Park is of Missing Lawrence Park Woman Article Added: November 15, 2023 at 2:04 PM Lawrence Park Police and Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a tragic sight Wednesday morning in Lawrence Park. Lawrence Park Fire Department was called to the Lawrence Park Golf Club at 3700 East Lake Road in Lawrence Park where a body of a woman was found at the mouth of Fourmile Creek. Lawrence Park Police and Pennsylvania State Police have blocked off Fourmile Creek Road, East Lake Road to Lawrence Parkway, Iroquois Avenue and Nobel Avenue while the investigation is ongoing. Erie County Coroner, Lyell Cook has not released the name of the victim but has stated that there is no fowl play involved.
