Added Article: January 27, 2021

Residents in Burton in East Erie have been complaining about clean up duties and security patrol at the East Erie Nature Trail Park off of  East 26th Street and McCain Avenue. So a local Burton resident who wishes to remain anonymous, decided to head to the park themselves to clean up the trash and dumped tires, they were horrified to discover two bodies which they believe were just placed there possibly a day ago. "I was walking into the part off of 26th & McCain and as I started walking more into the park, I started to notice a strong smell of death, that's when I discovered the bodies." says the Burton resident. Erie Police were quickly called to the scene and Erie County Coroner was able to identify the bodies from how recent they were dragged there. The first body was 26 year old Kishan Williams of East Erie and 40 year old Michael Robinson of Lawrence Park. The coroner discovered two stab wounds on both of victims and after further investigating there was burns on the legs of Kishan's bodies. Erie Police and Erie County Coroner believe the suspect stabbed and killed the bodies somewhere in Erie, drove them to the Nature Park in Burton, and attempted to burn the bodies but failed. Police are looking into doorbell camera or any other footage that residents might have in the areas of McCain Avenue and East 26th Street in Burton/Burton Heights. This was the second incident where bodies were discovered at the Nature Trail Park in Burton. In December, three bodies including a child's body were discovered in the park but the suspect was caught immediately, the person who did this crime is still out there somewhere, and Erie Police isn't gonna hesitate on finding out who did this.
