Erie County has a total of nine Rite Aid locations and there could be more on the way out in the future. “I am nervous that our store could be next, there’s a good chance this one could make it on the next store closing list and if so, then I would have to be transferred to the Rite Aid on 26th Street or in Millcreek.” says a manager at the Rite Aid store in Downtown Erie. Erie’s two Rite Aid locations are located at 163 West 26th Street in South Erie Hillside and 916 State Street in Downtown Erie. Rite Aid lost three Erie stores in 2023 which were 353 East 6th Street in Saint Mary, 1709 Liberty Street in Little Italy and 2715 Parade Street in Marvintown.
