10. Forest Park
Forest Park is a fairly safe neighborhood in Millcreek where crime very rarely happens. The price range for homes in Forest Park is from $100,000 - $300,000 which makes the neighborhood fairly affordable. There is a cemetery located outside of Forest Park which is Calvary Cemetery. The closest park to Forest Park would be Lakewood Park outside the neighborhood. There is a lot of shopping options located in Forest Park along West Lake Road or even West 12th Street, the neighborhood is also located very close to Waldameer Park and Presque Isle State Park. The schools students would attend in Forest Park is Tracy Elementary School and Westlake Middle School.

The neighborhoods are also close to McDowell High School so you can walk to the school if you would like to. The closest park to the two neighborhoods would be either Wunch Park or Zuck Park, however both are a bit of a further drive outside the neighborhood.
