 Police Still Searching For Two Suspects Involved in a Shooting at an East Erie Nightclub

Erie Police are currently still searching for the two suspects involved in shooting a 50 year old man at the Metroplex Bar in the 1800 Block of Buffalo Road near Canton Avenue in the Burton neighborhood of East Erie. The shooting happened just before midnight on September 18th outside of the Metroplex in the parking lot. The victim told police he was trying to break up a fight between two males when one of the male suspects pulled out a gun and shot the victim in the leg. The victim was transported to UPMC Hamot and appears to be doing well as of right now. Erie Police are still searching for the two suspects as the victim claims he doesn't know who they are.

 No Confirmation of Body Found in Lawrence Park is of Missing Lawrence Park Woman Article Added: November 15, 2023 at 2:04 PM Lawrence Park Police and Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a tragic sight Wednesday morning in Lawrence Park. Lawrence Park Fire Department was called to the Lawrence Park Golf Club at 3700 East Lake Road in Lawrence Park where a body of a woman was found at the mouth of Fourmile Creek. Lawrence Park Police and Pennsylvania State Police have blocked off Fourmile Creek Road, East Lake Road to Lawrence Parkway, Iroquois Avenue and Nobel Avenue while the investigation is ongoing. Erie County Coroner, Lyell Cook has not released the name of the victim but has stated that there is no fowl play involved.
