Two charged in fatal East Erie Shooting of 7 Year Old Child Article Written: May 6, 2022 at 1:15 PM 7-year-old Antonio "Espn" Yarger Jr. was walking with his brother and other friends when he was shot in the head in the 2100 block of Downing Avenue & Fairmount Parkway in Burton on April 14th. He later died from his injuries just four days later at UPMC in Pittsburgh. 17-year-old Abdullah Ismael is charged on five counts, including criminal homicide, reckless endangerment, and carrying a firearm without a license. He will be tried as an adult. 19-year-old Yassin Ibraham is charged on three counts, including criminal homicide. Ismael lived in the 1700 block of East 27th Street in Burton Heights while Ibraham lived in the 1900 block of Fairmount Parkway in Burton, both addresses are not far from where the shooting took place.
